  • 02 — Concept & development — layouts, mood direction, elevations and 3D when helpful for sign-off.
  • 03 — Documentation & procurement — specifications, order packets, accountable vendor coordination.
  • 04 — Install & styling — receiving, placement, styling passes until the space is camera-ready.
